    Machineries & Equipments

    DFPPI has enhanced, highly improved and upgraded machines and equipment's, to ensure full capacity to produce quality products.

    Corrugator Machine

      • It speeds up to 300mpm and a working speed for single wall cartons up tp 240mpm and for double wall cartons up to 200mpm.
      • It has a complete line of dry end section with full computerization of slitter score, cut off and down stacker machines.
      • It has complete laboratory equipments for strength of material testing.
      • It has a very stable steam pressure running at the highest corrugator speed with complete pollution control equipment.
      • It has a reliable bonding shoetrol loading system which can react fast when changing the quality, width, optimum flatness of the corrugated carton boards.
      • It has a well designed steam system which can quickly uniform the heat supply across the full working width.

    Converting Machines

      • Sunrise Pacific 1 - It is s 4-color, CNC auto control system flexo printer equipment with increased printing quality and production efficiency.
      • Sunrise Pacific 2 - It is a 4-color, CNC auto control system flexo printer equipment with increased printing quality and production efficiency.
      • Mitsubishi-Langston - It is a 2-color flexo folder gluer and die cutting machine.

    The company had its first run on February 27, 2009 and commented formal operations on August 7, 2009. The company's main products, corrugated carton boxes, are sold to direct fresh fruits (e.g. bananas and pineapples) exporting companies in the region.
